We are not here to tell you what is right or wrong, but to help you explore choices available to you so that you can decide what is right for you. We will offer you a space where you can feel heard and understood. People usually find this helps them to be clearer and more realistic about what issues they face and how to tackle them.

That's why, at EQuinox we start with a careful exploration of how we might work together in a way that best works for you. If we believe your needs could be better met elsewhere, we won't hesitate to try to help you with our network of professional and trusted contacts.

Getting started:
Contact us by phone or email to discuss your needs and arrange your first appointment. We meet in private and treat your information with the utmost discretion. The first session is an hour long, during which time we can discuss how we might work together and the issues you are facing. Prior to this meeting, you may find it useful to write down the issues you want to bring and what you want to get out of counselling. Following this, you will be under no obligation to commit to further sessions. If we feel we can help, and you decide you would like to use our service, all fees will be clearly explained before we agree to work together and arrange our next appointment.
